Mais tout reposait sur lui. Il n'arrivait pas \u00e0 recruter, \u00e0 investir, \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l'\u00e9tape suivante, parce qu'il ne voyait pas clairement ce que son organisation pouvait absorber. Un regard ext\u00e9rieur a suffi pour d\u00e9bloquer la situation en quelques semaines. <strong>\"\u00c7a a chang\u00e9 ma vie\", a-t-il dit. Une seule d\u00e9cision.
